• Details you send us yourself: name, business name, email address, phone number and whatever you write in an enquiry form or WhatsApp message.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you load a page, such as your approximate location, device type and the pages you visit.

We use these to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote and run the marketing work you engage us for. We do not sell your details.

Necessary cookies and local storage keep the site working — for example remembering that you have already answered the cookie banner.

Analytics cookies are only used if you press Accept on that banner. If you choose Necessary only, no analytics or tracking scripts are loaded. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser, which brings the banner back.

Only the service providers needed to run the work: hosting and email providers, and the advertising or marketplace platforms you ask us to manage on your behalf. Each handles data under its own terms.

Enquiry and client records are kept while we are in contact or engaged, and for as long afterwards as Malaysian business and tax record-keeping requires. This retention period is one of the points needing legal review.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email us and we will respond.
